People are inherently flawed. Whether it be morally or functionally, we often find ourselves doing things that are not good. Just like Hoseah, the eccentric uncle of one of our interns. He frequents the office every few weeks with wild stories about a dogman he once hit with his car in Mexico. Despite thinking the creature was dead, he now believes it is seeking revenge on him. Hoseah's actions are a perfect example of how people can do bad things or do things badly, or even both.
Hoseah is a complex individual. On one hand, he is a shady weapons dealer who would sell dangerous weapons to anyone for the right price. However, he is also so incompetent that he would unknowingly sell a powerful weapon to someone who is clearly not the intended buyer. Hoseah embodies the idea of people who do bad things badly.
